Demian Costa, a former member of an elite U.S.
Navy SEAL team, graduated SEAL training as Honor
Man, an award given to the top performing individual
in the class. As a SEAL, Demian was the lead
physical fitness coordinator and program developer
where he designed and implemented fitness programs
for various Navy SEAL Teams. He is certified as
a Special Operations Physical Fitness Leader as well as
a Certified Personal Trainer through the National
Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the
National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA).
