Outdoor Fitness Training:
Takes place outside in the
beautiful parks of Northern
Baltimore County. Enjoy yourself
in a group environment while
improving your health. Our
classes incorporate resistance
training, obstacle courses, team
building exercise, walking, and
running. The intensities are
varied based on your comfort
level. If you are looking to
improve your quality of life,
increase your strength, drop
excess body fat, and have fun,
then OFT is the perfect

Do you feel you need to try
something new or compete in a
race? Ever wonder what it takes
to become a Navy SEAL or train
like one? Heading up the
“Maximum Effort” activities is a
Navy SEAL with 10 years of
Special Forces training, who
also competes in “Iron Man”
triathlons. |

The “Nintendo nation” never had
to go outside and play in the
woods for hours. They have grown
up
quite differently than we did
and have a lot more processed
foods at their fingertips. If
you want your
child to get a safe and
enjoyable introduction into
health and fitness, the Up and
Comers program is for
them. Your little person will
gain agility, balance,
coordination, and aerobic and
anaerobic fundamentals.
