At Fit Team, we believe everyone is an athlete who trains with a purpose.
We do not host “classes.” This is not a bootcamp. It is a Daily Training Program (DTP) fueled by passion, community, and the mindset of constant evolution.
Fit Team utilizes progressive programming. This allows our athletes to break through plateaus and reach their goals faster. We utilize exercises and coaching techniques from strength and conditioning, physical therapy, yoga, and pilates to train the body in a balanced and safe manner.
Community is the basis on which Fit Team is possible. Each Fit Team training session lasts an hour, and has athletes start and finish their workouts as a team to promote comradery. Athletes can expect training sessions to be lead by our passionate trainers whose mission is to help you become your best.
All Daily Training Programs (DTP) are divided into 4 main sections, each section focuses on a FX Fitness principle: Move Better, Move Faster, Move Stronger, Move Longer.
Move Better - Prepares the body through various mobility and stability techniques to train at an optimal level.
Move Faster - Develops speed and agility through explosive movements and focused drills.
Move Stronger - Builds strength and power utilizing resistance-training exercises.
Move Longer - Increases endurance by challenging the body and mental toughness.
